A Bit About Madeleine Sherratt

Hi Everyone! Thanks for visiting our page and for your support of the Ayala Theater Company.  I grew up right over the hill in Diamond Bar, and attended Diamond Bar High School, where I was an active participant in both the Drama and Stage Craft programs. I graduated from BYU-Idaho in 2018 with a degree in English, with a composite minor in education, and moved back to California to pursue a career in English Education at the high school level. I was hired in the middle of the 2021-2022 school year here at Ayala as an AP English Teacher. I was fortunate enough to be offered the Theater Teacher position for the 2022-2023 school year. I am beyond excited to work with the students in this program and to help them develop their talents, skills, and confidence in theater.
